Nestled at Duddlestone Farm on the outskirts of Taunton near the racecourse, our exclusive Outdoor, Wood Fired Barrel Sauna accommodates up to 8 individuals. Fueled by a Harvia wood-burning stove, it showcases stunning views of farm fields and the Blackdown Hills in Somerset through a half-moon, panoramic window. Recharge, warm up, and embrace the health benefits in our intimate wood-fired sauna and cold water immersion barrels. Join us to unwind, socialize, and relish the perks of a sauna in a technology-free, serene space—silence your mind, reconnect with nature, and enhance your mood and well-being.

Yoga + Sauna
Every Thursday at 9:30am
from May 1st.

Join us for a 45 minute yoga session in our beautiful space with Jo Ellis, followed by a 45 minute sauna. 

For £20 all the above is included + a drink of your choice.

One of the primary motivations for using a sauna is to promote mental wellbeing and  alleviate stress and anxiety. Sometimes described as being 'a poor man's pharmacy', the  warm air helps to release the body of toxins, leaving you feeling cleansed and relaxed.
